Terms and condition may change without prior notice
Delivery policy :

  1. We deliver aquarium tanks only within South India.
  2. Any custom made aquarium tank order will take 15 to 18 working days excluding delivery time.
  3. Any ready made aquarium tank and accessories will be sent in 3 to 5 working days once we receive the cleared payment.
  4. Delivery cost my vary from place , distance , local transport , zone and floor number.
  5. Cost of the tank do not include ( Installation , decoration and transport)
  6. Purchaser has to bare the packing and transport charge ( local and state transport ).
  7. Purchaser has to bare the transport, Installation and decotration charge depending on the place , distance , local transport , zone and floor number.
  8. Happy aqua will provide the tracking number to track your order.

Pricing Information:

  1. Pricing my change without notice depending on the Demand, season , Tax and availablity.

Cancellation and Refund policy :

Cancellation of the product has to be done before 24 hours from the time of ordering the product

  1. Any cancellation after 24 hours will not be accepted and considered as sold.
  2. Once the order is cancelled the refund will be done in 48 hrs with minimum charge of 3%, via bank transfer 0% charge.
  3. Purchaser can cancell the order via phone call or SMS and not through email becasue as we don’t access email all the time. ( Name ,order number and amount).
  4. Provide us with your Name, bank account number ,Bank name, IFSC and branch to refund the money.

Warranty :

  1. Happy Aqua provide 1 year warranty for any custom made aquarium tank ( physical damage or natural calamities not included).
  2. Happy Aqua do not provided any warranty on ready made aquarium tank and accessories once it is delivered.
  3. Happy Aqua will not be responsible for any damage of the tank or accessoried during the transport through bus or courier service as it is out of our span of control.
  4. Custom made tanks can be made in any dimension as per client request, but any changes in the dimension has to be informed within 24 hours or else the client has to bare the charges as per the requirment.

Mode of Payment :

  1. Payment can be made via Debit Card, Credit Card and Net Banking which is processed though our Payment Partner PAYU through their Secure Payment Gateway.
  2. Payment can also be made via NEFT (Net Banking) after registering our account details with your bank and Bank Deposit. The details of the Bank Account will be provided on request if the Customer does not want to pay via the payment gateway. Please send a confirmation with details to admin@happyaqua.in or wats app once payment is done via this mode.
