Sediment and carbon filters typically need replacement every 4–6 months, and the RO membrane every 18–24 months, depending on your source water's TDS and daily usage. AMC plans schedule this automatically.
Not always necessary — if your TDS is under 200 PPM, an RO system can over-purify and strip beneficial minerals. We recommend a free water test so we can suggest UF-only or RO+UV based on your actual reading.
Most installations are completed within 45–60 minutes once the technician arrives, and we aim to schedule that visit within 24 hours of delivery.
Yes. Our AMC plans and one-time repair visits cover most major RO brands, not only Happy Aqua units. Mention your purifier's brand and model when booking.
The manufacturer warranty covers manufacturing defects in the unit and a multi-year membrane cover. AMC is a separate service contract covering scheduled filter changes, technician visits and (on higher plans) parts like the pump and motor.
